There seems to be a bug with the widget when using Firefox with certain extensions. Active extenstions in the screenshot are:

- lori (Life-of-request info)
- Live IP Address

As you can see from the screenshot the Next button is not visible.

Thanks Mekosan.

I'll pass this along to Plaxo QA.

Quick look from Plaxo QA. Seems that the culprit is Lori. Next step is to look further and see what the issue is and whether we can do something about it.

This is not a problem with any specific FF plugin. Any plugin that creates extra toolbars / statusbars in the popup causes the problem. This is the problem for any popup with any application.

Here is how this could be fixed for TinyMCE in WordPress:

When could Plaxo fix this problem???

Hi dkruglyak,

Thanks for identifying the problem and the link to how to fix. I'll send it to engineering.

As mentioned in this thread, simply make the window resizeable and that would allow everyone to continue using it.

Hi WisTex,

In theory, sure. We have to check whether allowing resize works for all pages on the browsers we support. I don't have an ETA for that.
