When u have big files, especially on 1st sync, the sync dialo box stays a long time on 14% progress bar and u dont know if outlook is frozen or if it's normal... Well if u can look at your internet link diods on router u imagine things are coming up but directly from the PC nothing is certain.
It would be fine to have something more precise thant just turning arrows on the screen when syncing.
