How do I get Plaxo to answer even one of the complaints I have had over the last two years? Customer Service? no way Jose. Doesn't exist. :mad:

I replied to all of your other posts - but in this case, I'm going to respond directly to this email. You have sent over 20 emails to Customer Care - and to date, we have responded to all of them (except for a small few because of duplicates). The last question you submitted was not responded to in a timely manner. This is our mistake.
