I'm not able to see the Click to Connect button on my mail messages in one of my Outlook 2003 profiles, even though I have selected it to be displayed in the options. In this profile, I'm connecting to a IMAP server to retrieve my mail. My other profile connects to Exchange server, and I'm able to see the button.
Why is this happening?
