Sync Control Bar Missing

Did anyone else find that the sync control bar (the bar at the bottom that let you review all the sync points and add new sync points) disappeared recently (last day or so)? Since it's gone, I can't manually sync any of the points nor can I add any new points!

We have diagnosed the issue and are working to fix it. In the meantime, here is a workaround - resize your browser window. The sync dashboard should reappear.
