How do I sync my AOL address book to Outlook?

You can do this by first adding your AOL screen name to your Plaxo cards if you haven't already done so (you can do this from Plaxo Online).

Then if you go to My Account (http://www.plaxo.com/manage_account?np=1&d=%2Fcontact_list) there's a link for AIM Synchronization Settings - you should then be able to choose to synchronize your AOL address book with Plaxo.

It may take a short while for the sync to occur.

Also, note that only the AOL address book and not the AIM buddy list is synchronized. Hope this helps - feel free to contact support via e-mail at plaxo if there are any further issues with this....
