Outlook 2007 Sync Woes

I've just installed Plaxo for the first time and am having problems syncing with Outlook 2007. When I try to sync my contacts and calendar, the Plaxo status bar only gets about 1/3 of the way across and then I get a sync error message.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear you are having sync problems. Do you think you could send me your plaxo.log file in an e-mail to hong@plaxo.com?

You can find the file at:

C:\Documents and Settings\[your user name]\Local Settings\Application Data\Plaxo

I have exactly the same problem with Outlook 2003 - and it seems to be only a problem with calendar,not contacts nor tasks. I get to 37% the way through the sync them it crashes with a sync error. Have tried 10 or so times to sync but with the same result each time.
