Yahoo not importing Plaxo contact(s)

Hi, I'm on my 3rd day of my 30 day trial with Plaxo. As excited as I was to get started, I'm already at a halt and questioning if this is the solution for me.

First, I imported all of my Yahoo contacts. Since those were mainly just emails, I needed to start inputting everyone's addresses in... so I began by experimented with my own contact card and made changes, deleting the dupes. While it's just fine in Plaxo, somehow my own contact info disappeared from Yahoo. (I'm in a family Yahoo group)

And even though I pushed the "Sync with Yahoo" button in Plaxo, and it said it synced just fine, no where in Yahoo does my perfect little Plaxo contact card appear in Yahoo... it won't import.... which means that I now have extremely little faith that my friends contact cards will work any better...if I can't even get one fine card in Plaxo to appear in Yahoo.

Need to resolve the issue before I pay $50 for a non-working system...

Hi there, sorry you're having problems! Let me see if I can help.

When you say you make changes to your Plaxo card, are you changing a card that is in your address book that happens to have your own info, or are you changing your profile?

(fyi, it's not my profile that I'm trying to import. It's an actual card with my info that will not import into Yahoo. I know this, because my profile does not show my full name as my personal card does.)
