Hello!

I have 2 accounts on Microsoft Windows Vista 64-bit. When I install Plaxo for Outlook 2007 on Account #2 (either as admin or standard account) the Plaxo toolbar shows up on Account #1's (either as admin or standard account) Outlook program. Please advise what to do!

Thanks!

Please note that Plaxo is not officially supported on 64-bit Vista.

Are these separate Outlook profiles or Windows Vista accounts? If separate profiles, the toolbar will appear on all Outlook profiles initially, but you do not need to sign in using the other profiles. You should be able to hide the Plaxo toolbar in the other profiles though.

bryan,

Is this true for Windows XP 64bit too ? I'm not sure is the cause for my case.

I have installed a new OS XP Pro64bit and I have completed installing Plaxo on Outlook but when i launch it for OE (6.0 with an Internet 7) it doesn't launch the Plaxo Bar as well. Any idea should wellcome.

Yes, none of the 64-but OS's are supported at this time. It may work ok with Outlook but probably won't with Outlook Express and Windows Mail.

OK thx for the info.

I have try to uninstall Outlook and Plaxo for reinstall but no way ! the most strange is that it seems for Plaxo that is well installed just no plaxo bar on my OE

For Windows Vista and Windows Mail, i can confirm that using the BETA release (link on the forum) working as well :o

Otherwwise thx for the answer and the fast delay of answering. (not like me

Separate Vista Accounts. Plaxo works on the first user account installed on the computer although it was installed on the second user account.

Please note that Plaxo is not officially supported on 64-bit Vista.
