View Full Version : 312th contact is causing sync error...

Plaxo for outlook express and for microsoft outlook are displaying an error message when they sync item 312th out of 641. A second pop-up prompts me to send my log file to plaxo.

When are you getting back to me on this?

My plaxo email signature also disappeared, does it have to do with the latest 3.6.1.3 update I applied? :(

My email signature is fine.

I was editing lots of contacts on plaxo online before this sync. I'm starting to think that somehow this is how I got into this.

I'll try later at home on outlook 2007, if it fails then I'm completely stuck.

hummmm I don't know what caused this but I found out how to "reset" my clients anyway.

Under the Outlook toolbar:
Plaxo > Options > Synchronization > Synchronize again.

After that even outlook express synched normally, so I didn't even had to repeat the procedure in there. I just hit synch and it succeeded.
