I saw some very nice eCards and I thought that would be nice to send it to a friend so I registered for 30 days trial, free of charge, and I sent 2 eCards (in 30 days). In the last day of the free period I sent a mail for unsubscription and I received the answer that my account was already charged. Interesting, that means that Plaxo charged my account at least one day before the free of charge period ended just to be sure. Very nice procedure. I sent an email and I explained all the above and the support people said me that they will refund the amount if I replay to their mail just for security reasons. I sent the replay. Then I received another mail from the support center saying that my subscription was initiated from an email address kim@kimterry.com and I have to send an email from that address to Plaxo, again for security reasons.
What is happening Plaxo? You want to play games with me? I never had an address like kim@kimterry.com, I have 2 addresses and all of them have suffix RO as I am Romanian.
