Plaxo needs a tool to merge Outlook PAB Dist. Lists into contacts!

I got a new XP Pro laptop for Christmas and I installed Outlook 2000 on it and proceeded to load Plaxo Premium for Comcast users on it as well. When I got done it had wiped out my Personal Address Book and replaced it with Contacts. I had many distribution lists that I would rather not create again from scratch. Does PLAXO have a way to merge in Personal Dist. Lists into contacts?
