No toolbar is installing in Outlook 2003

I downloaded the latest version of the toolbar and installed it, but when I re-open Outlook, I don't get any kind of notification and no toolbar shows up. I'm using Windows XP on my work computer (which may be the problem - I don't have admin rights on my computer).

Any help that anyone can provide would be appreciated.

This may be a result of an incompatibility between Plaxo and some other plug-in or other software. You could try disabling any of these that you may have installed. Also, you could try contacting support via e-mail (at plaxo.com) for more assistance here.
