Plaxo -> Outlook Emails

I am having problems with email information being synced between Outlook and Plaxo.

Any email that shows up as a Home Email on Plaxo does not sync with Outlook 2003.

I have it setup so that I sync my Outlook 2003 Addressbook on Windows at work and sync with Mac Addressbook at home.

Is there any way to control what email gets mapped to in Outlook? I.e. Work email 1 on Plaxo always goes to email1 on Outlook, etc.?

Using the 3.x version of the Plaxo Toolbar for Outlook, the e-mail mapping is actually adaptive, meaning it will try and match whatever e-mail addresses are present on Plaxo online to Outlook. So if you have just home e-mail 1 on Plaxo, it will go to Outlook's first email field. If you have one work e-mail and one home e-mail on Plaxo online, the work e-mail will go to Outlook's first email field and the home to the second email field.

Apparently there was some corruption that happend to my Outlok Addressbook. I resynced all my contact information from Plaxo to Outlook and now it is working fine.

But as a request, it would be nice to have a feature that allows us to control the mapping of what goes where in the future.
