View Full Version : Plaxo 3.0 does not sync with Outlook 2003

Plaxo 3.0 Outlook toolbar syncronization fails on my Outlook 2003. The toolbar was actually installed and it starts syncronizing when I hit the syncronization menu. However, it ceases syncronization during the process with an error message.

Is this a known/unresolved bug on Plaxo toolbar?

My computer is runnning on the Windows XP SP2 Japanese version. Plaxo toolbar is also the Japanese version.

You might check to make sure that your internet connection to Plaxo is generally working and that your internet settings in IE are correct.

If you still run into sync errors, try contacting support via e-mail (plaxo.com). You can also choose to not synchronize certain types of items in the Advanced options of the setup window - this could help localize the problem.

I turned off some sync items (calender, memos, and so on), then it went well.
