I no longer see the request new information on contacts window. This seemed to begin when I got the Pulse thing. Can this be reversed?

If you're asking about the ability to request updated contact information from an Outlook contact window, the link should still be there. You may need to expand your contact window wide, but it should be there at the upper right of the Plaxo section of the window - "Request an update".

Hallo,

In my opinion, „Request an update” should be located left for the languages read from left, or in the centre with the “invite” button.

When using “request an update”, under “advanced” I do not see anymore former personalized messages. If I do need to write each time a personalized message, there is not much advantage (3 clicks) to use plaxo for it. Is there a set up needed to use former personalized messages or a special file?

The “invite” feature is not an option for me (takes too long).
I am working with outlook and in 4 languages.

Thank you very much in advance
Michel

The fact that Plaxo removed the update functionality from this version of the software is the worst decision they have ever made. I have a paid subscription to their service and have removed it from my computer because the ONLY reason I every used their tool was for this update feature.

They should fire the people that decided to remove this as it has hurt their revenue. I will not pay for their service, or use their service any longer. It was a bad decision and the only thing support was able to tell me was "sorry, we didn't feel it was a valuable tool".

It was the only tool of yours I used and am sure there are many other users that are not using plaxo any longer as the result of taking this functionality away.
