plaxo not installing?

I'm trying to install on Outlook 03,

The installer runs, says it is successful, but then nothing happens...
Aren't I supposed to see something to enter my plaxo username and and pick some default settings or something?
Is there a menu item I'm missing?

I have Plaxo Pulse on two computers...one of these computers synchronizes and the other will not. I can't copy or print any logs since I can't get the address book at Outlook at home to synch. What to do? How to fix this?
