Windows mail sync point

I have tried adding a windows mail sync point and although I install the software and re-start Windows Mail, the installer never puts the menu bar into Windows mail and the sync point never shows up in the online Plaxo. I don't get requested to enter the new name of the sync point which I'm guessing is why nothing shows up.

How can I force kickoff the process to request the sync point name?

You know what just kills me about crappy software development? Cluttering up the registry.

I can add and delete the plaxo software at will, yet everytime I delete it, it never goes back and cleans up the registry, it just leaves all kinds of junk all over it.

C'Mon Plaxo, get your act together.
