outlook office 2003

ever since i integrated plaxo into outlook, when i open outlook about 50% of the time outlook stops responding. this occurs at the very start not allowing me to proceed and i have to go into the task manager and cancel outlook. it then sends the error report to microsoft and the information in there says that it had a hung application. any suggestions?
