Cannot Sync with Plaxo and outlook Toolbar

Hello

I'm an early user of Palxo and since the new Plaxo 3.10 I cannot sync anymore my Outlook contact file.:mad:

When I try to Sync I get an error message that says the Sync has failed. It gives me an option to send you my log file, I click the link, get another error that I can't send you anything.

I'm running Plaxo 3.10.1.3 and Outlook 2993 SP2

I dont understand why I cannot sync anymore.

I would recommend that you contact support via e-mail (at plaxo.com) and they can help look into this further...
