I installed in MS Outlook 2003. None of the buttons on the toolbar do anything when clicked, not even the "About Plaxo" button.
The only thing I do with my Outlook is I connect in "Offline" mode, so that my Outlook client is not connected to Exchange (I have multiple email accounts tied to Outlook, 1 of which is an Exchange-based account requiring VPN, so I usually connect in "Offline" mode). But, I don't think that would cause the buttons to non-function.
