View Full Version : Sync problems with non-repeating whole-day events

I'm having trouble with the synchronisation of one of my sync points (MS Outlook). The non-repeating whole day events are shifted in time so that they are planned according to UTC (GMT). All sync points however are set to GMT+1 (Amsterdam), and this is also the timezone setting in Plaxo online.
Any suggestions how to fix this?

Hi,
We've had some reports of this issue happening for certain time zones and we're looking into it. We may need your Plaxo log file to help us fix the problem - first enable the diagnostic log in the Plaxo/Options/Privacy dialog. Then try to reproduce the problem for a new event and the go to the same dialog and select one of the options to get and send the log file - you can use adrian@plaxo.com for that.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

I too am having a similar problem. Except all day events span 2 days in Outlook. Just started since I installed new toolbar.

I have EXACTLY the same problem, All-day events in plaxo and iCal are synced into Outlook with a start-time two hours before midnight on the preceeding day.
I am at GMT-2, so this seems to be some timezone problem.
I did some logging while adding a test-entry, should I send you the file as well?
Or do you have an ETA for a fix?

Same problem here in GMT -8. Could not recreate with a new event, though.
