When I try to synchronize outlook with Plaxo Online I get a message that I have more than 10.000 tasks and that syncronization is not possible. As far as I can see I´ve only got about 1.000 tasks.
Furthermore I can see several calendar an Contacts folders in Plaxo Online. Where do they come from, and could the multiple calendars have anything to do with the Tasks problem?

Possibly. You should probably first remove all of your sync endpoints. Then delete the unneeded folders. Then you should be able to sync - but be sure there are no unneeded folders on the other sync endpoints (Outlook, etc.) before syncing. Plaxo Customer Support can probably help you out with this as well if needed.

The problem with removing unneeded folders is: I can see 9 folders called "Contacts" (and 2 called "Contcatpersonen", the dutch for Contacts). I can also see 2 folders named "Tasks". And that's all I can see about these folders, so I've no clue as to which folders to delete and which to keep. A simple number of entires per folder would be a great help, but I'm afraid my contacts and tasks are somewhat dispersed amongst these folders, so I would like to be able to consolidate. At the moment I would not know how to, I this can be done at all  .

And how do I remove sync endpoints?
