Yo – I just upgraded to Premium, and I’m syncing between my home and office computers. I want to be able to have the latest modified version of my calendar take priority when syncing. Basically, if I delete something on my Office PC, that it will also delete from my Home PC through Plaxo! Currently, it only seems to add items – i.e. When in work, and I delete something form my calendar, my Office Outlook updates Plaxo with the items I delete (which is fine!), but Plaxo doesn’t delete these items on my Home-Outlook when I sync it later in the evening - it will add new items, but it won't delete the items that I deleted in the office! Do you know what I mean?

Are there any advanced settings for sync priority, so that I always have the latest modifed version of my calendar on both PCs through Plaxo?

I tried the live IM Support chat, but it's currently a 25min wait, which blows.

Also - when I sync my contacts, I lose all my contacts photos and it adds a stupid "Region" note to each contact - this is just plain stupid, so I'm already on the verge of unsubscribing from Plaxo. If I resolve the above Calendar query though, it may just be enough to salvage my Premium subscription.

I'll have someone contact you offline for some of the other issues you're describing (you should never lose your Outlook contact photos), but as far as syncing the most recent data - this is exactly how the Plaxo sync works in general.

Once your sync endpoints are in sync, if you delete from one, it will propagate the delete to the other endpoints. If you change an item, it will propagate the change. However, it sounds like you may not have gotten through the initial sync successfully on one of your machines. If you have to keep entering your e-mail/password in the Outlook toolbar, then the initial sync seems to have failed for some reason.
