Appointments from Dopplr

Hi All

I feed my Dopplr calendar into my Plaxo calendar without any problems, but those same Dopplr entries never get synch'd into my Outlook calendar.

Is this normal behaviour, or do I have to configure something specific to enable this?

They should come down to your Outlook, however this may be a folder mapping issue. Do you know if your dopplr events are in a separate calendar in Plaxo? If you find the sync dashboard at the bottom and click the P icon on the left and choose to Manage Folders, this might help.

If so, you can then go into Outlook, and then from the Plaxo toolbar choose Plaxo, Advanced, Synchronization Manager, and then see if the corresponding calendar folder is being synced to Outlook.

Thanks for your reply.

On plaxo.com I can see Dopplr as a separate calendar, and Synch Manager tells me that it's being synched with my Outlook calendar.

When I look at Synch Manager on the Outlook toolbar, though, I just see the Outlook and Plaxo calanders listed - I don't see an option to have the Dopplr calendar synched...

I've tried deleting and recreating the iCal subscription, but no joy - Dopplr events show up ok in my plaxo.com calendar but still not in Outlook.

Ah, sorry about that - iCal subscription folders are not synced to Outlook at this time. If you're using Outlook 2007 you can create a new Calendar folder there and subscribe to the iCal feed from Outlook.
