Hello,

I have the following scenario:

At home - outlook 2003 with Calendar, Tasks and Contacts are Plaxo synchronized. Email is a gmail account delivered by pop3.

At work - outlook 2003 with Calendar, Tasks, Contacts are managed by an exchange server. Installation of Plaxo plugin at work didn't merge the calendar, tasks and contact between the default "Personal Folders" and Plaxo. Instead, the plugin created Calendar(2), Tasks(2) and Contacts(2) which are synchronized with plaxo (hence with my home computer) but not with the default Calendar, Tasks and Contacts of outlook.

This is the current situation. The desired one is that Outlook at work would have only one Calendar, Tasks and Contact that are synchronized with Plaxo.

On your work machine, you can go into Plaxo, Advanced, Synchronization Manager, and in there you can change the folder mapping. It sounds like you'd want to set your work machine's Contacts (2), Calendar (2), and Tasks (2) folders to "Don't sync" and change the server folder your other work folders.
