i am syncing two systems:
1) work, outlook 2007 on Vista with corporate MS Exchange server
2) home, outlook 2003 on XP SP2 with gmail IMAP
when i upgraded to Plaxo v3, all of my reminders for All Day events were disabled (but reminders for events with specific times work fine). oddly, if i look at the "series" view of an All Day event i can clearly see that the reminder is set. but if i go into any "occurrence" view of the same All Day event (on any given date, past or future) there is no reminder set. if i try to force a reminder for the "occurrence" view of an All Day event, i save it and immediately reopen the "occurrence" view of the same event and the reminder is gone! so strange.
i disabled Plaxo v3 and the reminders work again. something with Plaxo v3 is disabling reminders for all of my All Day events. i signed up for Plaxo premium just so i could get the issue fixed, and they tried to help me over the phone for hours and hours and we must've tried a thousand different things, but we couldn't get it working. i'm hoping someone in the Plaxo community may have seen this before. anyone?
