Outlook and Plaxo not synching

I added the Outlook sync point in Plaxo and downloaded the Plaxo tool bar in Outlook. All my contacts in Outlook appear in my Plaxo address book.

But, now when I either add or edit a contact in either location it doesn't sync on the other side. Maybe there is a delay. But, I added contacts in Plaxo Address book two days ago and they still aren't appearing in Outlook.

Any thoughts? :(

Hmm, have you tried Plaxo, Advanced, Sync Now? It should happen automatically, but the Sync Now should force the sync.

You can also go into Plaxo, Advanced, Synchronization Manager and make sure that the correct item types and folders are syncing (and mapped to the correct folders online).

If that still doesn't work, you can try contacting support via e-mail (at plaxo.com) and they can try and work with you to see what might be happening.
