Plaxo vs. Websense

My office recently installed Websense which prohibits Plaxo sync for outlook from connecting or syncing.
My IT dep is willing to work with me but they need to know what they have to open up to give me back Plaxo's syncing feature. What ports and websites have to be unblocked through websense to allow Plaxo sync to work again?

I'm not familiar with WebSense, but as far as the Plaxo plug-in, nothing special is usually required - it uses http and https default ports.
