View Full Version : Problems with Outlook calendar Sync

I have been using Plaxo for years with mostly good results. Recently I have been given a new work PC and after several attempts, could not "setup" Plaxo properly. Support offered no insight apart from 'call us".

Next step was to reduce what I was syncing. After unchecking Calendar sync my contacts synced fine.

I then archived old calendar items and started again, with no luck

Last step was to backup my calendar, delete the plaxo calendars and try again. This approach seemed to work.

A shame Plaxo can't suggest this as a starting point for support discussions.

Hope this may help others with problems.

I am having the same issue, have emailed support and emailed my log however no reply has been received.

I am running 3.16.0.49 (Latest according to the system information) w/Outlook 2000 from Work. I do not have an option to upgrade my Outlook at work and based on your requirements I should not have to.

Everything seems to sync fine, but when my calendar is selected I receive an error stating my data could not be synced. I do not have an abundant amount of information so I know for fact, based on reading the forums, that it is not the size of the calendar. My contact file is much much larger and syncs without issue. I also tried to sync the calendar only (without contacts) and still receive the same error message.

Can someone please review this error and release an updated version that has solution soon?
