Default contacts once updated now processing

I am a newbie in PLAXO and I must say, it's a wonderfull programm. I have sent all my contacts a updaterequest and some of them did reply, so I could see their names in my Outlookadressbook as updated. Then I did something stupid, I think. I sent a new request and now all the contacts in outlook are turned into "processing"NOT in my PLAXO-online. How can I change this? I cannot sent another request to my contacts becuse PLAXO said I have to wait for 7 days. Can Anyone help me?

Hi Yann,

Actually i don't think you can do anything about it. Just hope that those people who you have maild will update again. And why shoud you send one more request for update? That wil only turn al contacts in status "Pending".

Hi Yann,

I'm afraid I'm not quite understanding the problem. We do indeed prohibit members from sending out an Update Request to any contact that was queried within 7 days to avoid annoying the recipients.

From what you suggest, you accidentally attempted to initiate duplicate requests... but that shouldn't be a problem, because the first request will remain active (your recipient can still respond to it) and they won't get hit with a duplicate.

Please let me know if you're experiencing a different problem.

Go to Plaxo Online
Click on Contacts
Click on the contact you want to show as updated
At the top you will see a link that looks like this:
[Mark as Updated]
Click on this link
Your contact will now show as updated
