Card in Replies?

I am VERY new to Plaxo, having been introduced to it by a business friend.
I finally got it to work when I send messages, but it doesn't show when I REPLY to someone.
I've checked and searched and can't seem to find how to turn this on.
Any help would be appreciated!

Hi BetteBoop, and welcome to the Plaxo Forum.

Are you talking about signatures, the segment of text and graphics with your contact info and picture at the bottom of e-mails?

If so, here are the directions for Outlook 2003:

From Outlook, click on "Tools" then "Options" and select the "Mail Format" tab.

Under the signatures section, make sure that the Plaxo Signature is selected for both new messages and replies.

That should do the trick!
