help!

Hi there!

Well impressed with Plaxo - especially the customisable signatures!

Question though please - when I send my emails via Outlook, they're not appearing in the Outbox whilst spooling or sitting in Sent items after they've transmitted. Where then, can I find them / how do I fix this?

Are you seeing that your e-mails are disappearing completely after sending them? Plaxo does not actually affect the sending of the e-mails. There's a setting in Outlook - check Tools, Options, E-mail Options, and there's a checkbox for saving the sent items - make sure that is checked.
