The Plaxo toolbar is actually installed for Outlook and Outlook Express at the same time. We may change this behavior in the future.

If it's not showing up for Outlook, the most likely reason is some incompatibility with another plug-in. By the way, do you use Business Contact Manager w/ Outlook? We are looking into some compatibility issues with that app.

You can also go to Outlook's Tools, Options, Other, Advanced, COM Add-Ins, and see if Plaxo is listed there and if it is checked. If it's unchecked, try checking it and hitting OK, then go back to that list and see if it's become unchecked again.

In any case, I would encourage to continue working with Plaxo customer support - let them know what you tried and what the results were.

Hope that helps - thanks!
