Uninstalled

<font color="green"> I uninstalled plaxo form my computer and since then my outlook express has not locked up once. It would have been noce to have someone to respond to my post but I guess that my post was not that important and i feel that if I had paid for the service that some one would have responded I will not install again until I know that it will not lock up my outlook express.

I'm sorry that you're frustrated with our free support for our free products. I respectfully urge you, however, to reflect upon the following:
- Your most recent request for help on the forum was Saturday. Two days ago.
- You seem to have overlooked the following statement under the "Please read" thread at the top of every topic on this forum:

We do not given preference to VIP Support members on the forum. If you were a VIP Support member, however, you could have called us on the phone, or e-mailed us and had your ticket moved to the front of the line.

If and when you decide to use Plaxo again, I encourage you to contact help via one of our other venues (VIP Support or free support from our Customer Care folks).

<font color="green"> I did go through customer care and nothing was even don they suggested that I un install and re install which I did that and I did read the please read before posting If I do decide to re install that I will but as for right now my outlook express is not locking up when I open it and I ma happy for that
