Default migration glitch

After happily using Plaxo with Outlook 2000, 2002 and 2003 on several different computers, I've finally gotten stuck. I used the WinXP migration wizard to move to a new XP Pro machine, and now every time I open Outlook 2003, it throws an error complaining that SBCMSYNC.DLL is not a valid Outlook add-in. I removed it from the add-in list in Tools/Options/other/advanced/other/COM add-ins, and uninstalled and re-installed Plaxo, (after re-booting and NOT running Outlook, as suggested in FAQ) and that same error just keeps popping every time I open Outlook. Can anyone suggest a registry key to delete or something like that?
