Plaxo, Outlook 2000, and iPodSync

On my previous machine, I used Plaxo to sync with Outlook 2000, and iPodSync to put the information onto my iPod with no problems at all.

I've got the same programs running here, but now whenever I load up iPodSync I get an error message and a crash notification from Windows XP for Outlook 2000. As soon as I remove the Plaxo tool... voila! iPodSync works great.

It's the exact same version of Outlook 2000 and iPodSync, so I know nothing's changed there... any advice?

Welcome to the Plaxo Forum, and sorry to hear about the crashing. This isn't a bug I've heard about, but I'll be checking with some of my team members to figure out what's going on.
