Bug or stupid User?!

Hi!

I'm using Plaxo with Outlook 2003 and yesterday was the big day to update my adressbook. The first "updatemails" arriving, and the plaxo software says me that the I haven't to do anything and the contacts are marked as updated, but if I open the contacts there is no update. Anonther strange thing is that if I click the "View all of XXX contact info" (in the eMail) I get an error message that plaxo could not find the contact in my adressbook - but it is.

BTW: I using Outlook with a Exchange Account...

I appreciate every help - because I dont want to update hundreds of contact by hand.
