plaxo not included on send to mail reipient

Hi,

I'm IT manager and most of our users have plaxo sigs. All using Outlook 2003. They are complaining that when they right click on a file and do send to mail recipient, the plaxo sig is not inlcuded...same behaviour when they do send to from say the ms word 2003 file menu, no plaxo sig. Is this possible? I'm getting an audible whine from one of the users as he was just forced to change from Netscape to Outlook and apparently this worked for him under Netscape.

Yes, unfortunately this is the case. Plaxo simply uses Outlook's signature mechanism, and this is the behavior that exists with Outlook. So even if you created an Outlook signature without Plaxo, the same thing would happen.

I don't know of a workaround, but you could try consulting with Microsoft Customer Support to see if they know of a solution.
