Setup plaxo toolbar doesn't work

Hello,

I've been using plaxo for about 2 years now and all worked fine.

now I have reinstalled my system WinXP and wanted to download plaxo for use in outlook. I download it, run it and all it does is opening a command prompt window for a fraction of a second, after that, nothing happens, no toolbar in outlook [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]

Does anyone have a similar problem or know the solution? Please help!
