Default Synch problem.

Hi:

My computer crashed and I'm setting up a new one.
I re-installed plaxo and I'm now trying to import my addresses to Outlook.
However, nothing happens when I click on "sync", or any other button of the Plaxo toolbar.
I also tried to save the csv file from the Plaxo website, but I can't seem to save that document.
What can I do?

Hi Sylvia,

How are you doing today!

The problem you are facing can arise off many reasons. The main cause can be that you have not linked the Online Folders with your Outlook Folders. To check the Linking of your folders, please launch your Outlook and click on "Plaxo" in the 'Plaxo Toolbar' and from the drop-down menu chooe "Synchronization Manager". In the "Sync-Manager" you can Link and Un-Link the folders, so please check the Linking and after that try to hit "Sync" button.

If these problems continue, you might want to talk with Plaxo Customer Care or see http://support.plaxo.com.

Which version of Plaxo are you using? You can also check in Outlook under Tools Options, Other tab, Advanced Options, COM Add-Ins and check to make sure that Plaxo is present in the list and checked.
