Hello. I have Plaxo installed on two machines with Outlook 2003. Both installs used the same email address and password when setting up Plaxo. The first machine I installed shows the folder mappings when using Sync Manager from the Plaxo button on the toolbar. The second machine does not show any folders in the Sync Manager and so I can't get the two machines to work together.
Any suggestions. Thanks. |

If you see no folders at all in the Synchronization Manager, it sounds like your second installation may be having some sort of network or connectivity issue. I would recommend trying to contact Plaxo Customer Support.
You might also try uninstalling and reinstalling. If you click the Sync button (or Plaxo, Sync Now), do you see any error messages? |
