More Granularity on Sync Create/Delete

Example: Say I create three contacts on my work computer. When I log on at home, I get prompted if I want to create those contacts at home. I can pick yes or no, but only for the entire list. I'd like to be able to pick two of the three to import and not the third. Same for appointments, etc.
