Other Information Syncing

I have been using Plaxo for about a year now and love it. So all of my contacts are already synced, but now I want to update them with all the "Other Information" that I have in Outlook. Can this be synced up? Also now that Plaxo has a spot for Birthdate year, can I get these synced from Outlook? I really don't want to reenter that information for 500+ contacts.
