Default Does Plaxo work in Outlook 2000 with Custom Forms?

I can't get Plaxo to show up on my Custom Forms. On the Standard Form, Plaxo is neatly displayed below contact info. If I go to Preferences...Advanced..."Show Plaxo in Outlook Custom Forms", it tries to put Plaxo information ABOVE contact info and overlaps/distorts the form so it is un-readable and un-useable.

Please Advise.

Unfortunately, custom forms are very unpredictable by their nature, so the Plaxo details may not work well using custom forms. It is designed to work with a custom form using a layout similar to the default Outlook 2002 or 2003 layouts, but may not work in other cases.

OK...Two more questions maybe you can help....
1) Is there a way to convert all my custom forms to the standard one?
2) If I upgrade to Outlook 2003, will Plaxo then work with my existing custom forms?

I don't know of an easy way to change all your custom forms, and unfortunately, I don't think we can guarantee that upgrading to Outlook 2003 will improve the behavior. You could try playing with Outlook's Tools, Design This Form to try and change the custom form. I believe the Plaxo details will try to show either above or below the Notes field, depending on the layout.
