I have noticed that if I look at the "view change history" in outlooks contact record, there may often be new changes but these are not reflected in the fields of the record.
Does this mean there is some sort of lag in the fields being updated, what action actually forces the changes into the fields? |

That seems odd - the data should be in sync with what's in the change history. You could try to click View Sync Details to see if the information shows up there. And you might want to contact Plaxo Customer Support for more help.

I'm having the same problem. I have updates that plaxo is telling me are there in outlook (in the change history) but my outlook address book still shows the old data. Everything before yesterday is fine but todays updates do not appear to have made there way into my actual address book... let me know if you work out what the issue is.
