Default Categorising contacts

Hello,

Not sure if this is the right forum for this post but in any case.
I have a rather peculiar problem for which I'm seeking solution;

I receive emails from couple of accounts to my Outlook after receival all mails are moved to their specific folders. All contacts are related to this particular account. Now when running 'Update Contacts Wizard' for this certain folder I'm able to collect and update just those contacts into my address book BUT what I would need is to assing a 'category' to these contacts somehow to separate them rather automatically than by hand.

Any good advice how this could be done from anybody?

Br,
Pasi

Default Re: Categorising contacts

So you want to be able to assign a certain category to a bunch of contacts that exist in the same folder.

Select all contacts in a folder, and choose Edit / Categories. And assign all selected contacts to a particular category(s).
