Click-to-Connect Has Disappeared

OK, bear with me on some history... My machine was used in my office. I used Outlook 2003 with Exchange, Plaxo worked excellent. Sold my company took my machine home, used Outlook Express with MSN sync up, Plaxo worked excellent. Now... upgraded to MS Outlook Online that uses my old Outlook 2003 again, syncs with MSN online, Plaxo works, but lost my Click-to-Connect on my in box, etc.

Had a couple of old Exchange issues lingering around that I cleared up, deinstalled Plaxo, reinstalled and still no Click-to-Connect. The only thing I can think of is that MS Outlook Online uses Outlook Connector to sync calendars, email, etc. to MSN. Other than that everything works great except my Click-to-Connect and that was my favorite part!! Any ideas out there??

There is an Preference to turn off/on the click to connect button.

Go to Plaxo / Preferences and make sure the Click to Connect box is checked. If it is, see if toggling the box changes things. If the problem continues, I'd recommend contacting Support directly.
